Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. There's nothing worse than getting something you don't like, so we will work with you to make you happy. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us at shopcandicoco@gmail.com and we will make it right.

That being said, we do have policies in place when it comes to returns, replacements and exchanges.

Any promotional item (Free just pay shipping items) are final sale. You may only request a replacement or exchange if you received a damaged item, or the wrong item.

Purchases will be final sale IF: your item has been worn or washed, if it has been 7 days since you received your item, if the item is in any condition to suggest it has been worn or washed. Please refer to the size chart and ask questions before placing your order.

Please follow the steps to request a return, exchange, or replacement:
1. email us at shopcandicoco@gmail.com and include your order# in the subject line.
2. please include a photo of the item you purchased and state the reason for your return, exchange or replacement.
You will hear back within 24 hours.
