IS YOUR SITE LEGIT?

Yes. We understand that there are many sketchy websites that exist out there. It is hard to know who you can and cannot trust these days. Rest assured, this is a legitimate business and customer service is our #1 priority. When you shop at CandiCoco, you will receive top notch customer service 24/7.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Some of our products ship to you directly from our overseas warehouse. These orders will generally take between 12-20 days if you are in the USA. For the items that ship from the USA, those generally take between 5-10 days. If you ordered multiple items, it would not be unusual to receive multiple packages at slightly different times. We will sometimes ship your item directly from our manufacturers in order to get the best price for our customers. You will receive tracking numbers for your items, so you will know if your items will be sent separate.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

After you have made your purchase, online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order.  You can always contact us at shopcandicoco@gmail.com for the status of your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed. Once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order. Generally, you will have up to 24 hours to change or cancel your order.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Items that arrived damaged can be returned within 7 days of receipt! Please email us at: shopcandicoco@gmail.com and follow these steps:

1. State your order number in the subject line

2. Include a photo of your merchandise in the email

3. State the reason for requesting a return

4. Please allow 24 hours to hear back from us.

Refunds or Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

-Damaged merchandise,

-If you were sent the wrong item or size that you had originally ordered. We do NOT accept returns for the following reasons: The item does not fit you, The item has been worn or washed, or is in any condition suggesting that it has been worn or washed.

Exchanges- You may be able to exchange your item for a different size if it was an item that shipped from our USA warehouse. If it was a promotional item (our Free bikini promotion) that will be a final sale.
